How to measure your dimensions.
You can utilize either a caliper or micrometer to measure the dimensions you need to achieve. As the old saying goes, you get out what you put in. An accurate measurement of the stud you have gives you the greatest accuracy for the reamer you need!
Reamer or Bushing?
The original hole was designed as a tapered hole to achieve the greatest strength while maintaining the ability to repair the hole when issues occur. Straight walled bushings are not the fix to worn holes. Tapered reamers are the only way to repair your worn hole or adapt the correct size taper for your stud to achieve proper repair.
